"My husband and I was there today 1/27/2024 and the woman whom served us was great and amazing. But she was running the place alone. No other employees there. She did an amazing job cooking,preping and serving everyone there. Shame no one stepped up to work with her today."

"Pull into the drive thru and patiently wait to be greeted not to say anything to upset the workers so they don’t spit in my food. After waiting over 5 minutes to be greeted they take my order I wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my order and I’m the only person I. The drive thru and at the front walk up area. Completely ridiculous that I had to wait this long for fast food it’s getting to the point it’s quicker to go out and have a sit down meal in the time it takes to get your food and the price. Also it would probably speed things up if the fry guy was doing something to help instead of standing there doing nothing while he watched other workers slowly make the food"

"I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 double checker burgers with cheese and no tomatoes. Both had tomatoes, neither had cheese, the order took forever and somehow the patties were dried to a crisp. Not only that but both sandwiches only had one patty. This wasn't the worst part. I went back 5 days later and showed them pictures of the burgers I had to throw out and the receipt. They told me since it's been almost a week there was nothing they could do. Little do they know I managed fastfood for years and that is a blatant lie. They have lost my business forever and it's for the better as I had only been there once before and had a similar experience. DO NOT EVER come here there are so many better options around."

"Tomato slice thick as your thumb the beef patties are paper thin this location has went down hill 100 percent I feel bad for the people that have to work here . The property is dirty not well maintained or lite up at night well there was one person doing everything while the other day outside and smoked on her phone honestly it's gone Getto and Pinellas Park building inspector, Code inforcement needs to step up to this area and health inspection done ASAP everything needs scrubbed down I would be ashamed to own this store and bankruptcy around the corner.....I go back and take more pictures of the parking lot the building the sign it looks closed"

"The quality at this location is seriously lacking. I got the cheese champ, one tiny tomato two pickles drenched in mayo. Looks nothing like the picture!! And so much mayo I had to scrape it off to make the burger edible. No ketchup packets for fries, no straws. I would have given it 1 star but the fully loaded fries are always good. Photos show what it looks like on the website and what it looks like in real life, it's such a huge difference. I expected better quality for the price!"
