Then you have not followed the instructions we gave you how to be done from your side, but make our dog look like a rat. After we picked it up, our dog behaved very strange, which I think you are not polite at all with it, but rude and inappropriate. I have lost your trust. I’ll will never set my foot there after not honoring your price and not following the instructions."
