Panera Bread

"I love panera. The best sandwich is the bacon turkey bravo. I got the pick 2 with that and the turkey chili. Chili was delicious but there was something not quite right and the sandwich. It wasn't amazingly delicious as usual. I needed to add mayo to it. I had it to go or I would have asked for more sauce."

"I travel a lot and go to many different Panera Breads. I get coffee daily. Three days in a row here, and I keep dumping your coffee . Are you cutting back on your coffee beans? It tastes like water. I tried hazel nut, and there isn't any flavor. Horrible."

"Update: 1-13-2024 Simple meal before heading home. Pick two. This is a good option to try more than one thing on the menu. First was the steak melt and southwest ceasar. Second was ten vegetable soup and bacon avocado melt. The horseradish on the sandwich was a nice touch. Not too much and just enough zing. The steak was actually tender too. Id order tgis again. No surprises with the salad. Fresh ingredients, especially the avocado. Yum. The 10 veg soup was really simple. No surprises there either. (I enjoyed the salad more, but the soup hit the comfort food spot). Sandwich was fresh and breath was soft with perfect edges. Yum. Hot tea... Panera has the best selection of hot teas for me. Anything with fruit plus ginger is a hit. Just needed comfort food on a cold day before Christmas. Panera Bread is always a cozy stop to relax for a cup of soup and hot tea. Seasonal autumn squash and French onion... and hot tea. Hit the spot. Now on to other adventures before final preps for Santa's arrival."

"An unfortunate experience compared to our hometown Panera. The staff seemed significantly more concerned with each other than our order. The sandwich we got was not made in accordance with our special requests. Just generally unhelpful people on the line. A customer walked out due to the wait on the Kiosk because there was nobody up front. The manager was nice, but she was probably the only one concerned with us. Granted, it was slow, so I understand the distraction a bit, but if it’s slow I’d figure service would be better. At least clean tables?? Anyways, smelled funky, unimpressive service, super hard bread, undercooked bacon. What’s not to love?"

"The Panera Bread location that was closer to my house recently closed. Since then, I have been to this Panera location on a few occasions. The muffins are excellent in my experience. This store often has pumpkin muffins available. They are always very fresh, moist and taste great. Ordering specialized coffee, such as a vanilla latte, is sometimes not very convenient. The coffee is made by the same folks that are preparing sandwiches, etc. As a result, there have been times when the latte was not ready until after I have finished the muffin. And, as I ask for the latte to not have any whipped cream on top, there are times when the latte cup is half full or foam and half full of the coffee. They always have good flavor. Just don't order it and expect it to be ready before finishing a meal or snack. The servers here have been very good. Some of the staff members moved here from the other Panera. When they started working here, there was no significant learning curve and it probably helped out this restaurant which had been advertising for job applicants for some time. As with the other Panera locations I have visited, the bread and bagels here are always fresh and provide the basis for a good meal."
