"The guy "working" the drive through ignored us when asking for the uber orders. The cooks had to come help us as he just stood there acting like he was cleaning the drink machine. We had to wait for a good q 15 min and out food was cold."
"Went through the drive through about 1130 pm and ordered a # 1. When I got home about 4 minutes later the sandwich was cold and had no cheese , no special sauce , no pickles and the bread was hard and stale. Obviously this meat had been sitting out for a while. If they didn’t want to serve me that late even though they were open till 1 am they should have just said so. I would have rather have kept my money. The food ended up in the trash. Do better."
"I was here yesterday and I don’t have any problem staff was friendly and they give me my frappe full, I come today and this girl give me this frappe I was like is no full make it full please and she was like “ I can’t is Alr like that “ and I say I was here yesterday and they give it to me full and she just ignore me, she got a red t shirt black hair and she looks Hispanic ."
"Pretty dirty place :(,food on desks and floor,no soda machines to choose from :( especially here in FL that’s awful P.S. i ordered 2 pancakes and 2 drinks paid around 12$ but on receipt is showing just 6.98$ for cakes and nothing about drinks,taxes and final price,never see something like that before !!! On plus on that to receive our order takes all my life … :(("
"Had to get their attention to even place an order. Overcooked, grease soaked bun like it was put in the frier. Amazingly, the meat was undercooked. I was too scared to ask them to cook it again because (1) they talk like gangstas and (2) I didn't want a contact high from them spitting on my next burger."
