"The first time I brought my dog there they did a nice job…so, I thought this was going to be the groomer for us. The last time I brought my dog they didn’t do a good job. I brought her home & noticed that she still had matted hair that had not been cut out or brushed under her ear. In addition, she was itching a lot and shedding even though I paid for a furminator. I called and spoke with the owner to tell her about the matted area and she was very defensive and rude on the phone. I let it go and cut the matted area of hair out myself and rebrushed her. I thought I’d give them another chance and when I called to bring her back in, they refused to take her because of their mistake! They do not take constructive criticism very well. Being a business owner myself, customer satisfaction matters! You don’t just dismiss it and/or disregard it! That’s ok, there are plenty of other groomers in the area who want their clients to be happy with their services they provide."

Since her coat is so thick it's hard for me to manage it by myself, so I love having a place I can trust that understands her breed's needs. My dog is VERY LARGE..120 lb double coated great pyrenees and takes alot to groom him and he always looks AMAZING when he leaves! I have a toy yorkie and she looks adorable after her first grooming experience! I called on a Friday and wasn't expecting them to get me in the next day but they did. Geraldine, the owner was pleasantly accommodating they got the cut I described right the first time. I already made my little girls next appointment for 6 weeks!"
