"Had my two dogs on a routine schedule with two groomers that were doing a wonderful job. To my surprise I found out from another customer that the groomers my dogs loved were fired with no warning by the owner. Now I'm left without a groomer and my dogs will likely never see two of their favorite people again. It's hard finding a groomer that is passionate about what they do AND can do a good job. Such a loss for everyone involved. I especially feel bad for all of the poor puppies that won't get to see their favorite groomers anymore"

"I won’t be returning to this establishment. The owner wrongfully terminated the manager (who ran the shop for four years) and the only other employee (of two years) who I will let anywhere near my dogs. I haven’t had any good interactions with the owner and they only kept my business because of the outstanding work and care of the two employees who now, without any notice, are left without jobs after running that business for 4 years."
