"Absolutely the worst!!! Staff yelling at each other. No organization at all. People waiting over 30 minutes is absurd. We cancelled our order and left. I observed people in drive thru that had been there since we walked in and were still there after we waited for our order we NEVER got. Unexceptionable!!!"
"Hopefully you know you want if you go thru the drive thru as their menu screens haven't worked in months. If you go inside they only allow you to order from the kiosks which work about 50% of the time. Use the app or you can be waiting a long time to get an order in.. on the plus side the drive thru is usually pretty quick."
"Worst experience at a McD's. They first told me they couldn't find my mobile order that I placed 10 minutes prior. Made me feel like I did something wrong! After finally giving me a bag of food, it was the worst 2 sandwiches I have ever got from McD's, which is saying a lot. Both sandwiches had been cooked at least an hour prior to my order. Ice cold with rock solid stale buns. Terrible experience."
"The place was a mess. All tables dirty and the trash over flow. Really unpleasant. Food was ok. No costumer service because they have kiosk. We were on the road and very hungry, not a nice stop. The good thing was they had every option of food we wanted. No drink fountain outside."
