"Horrible service and a racist business . My first time here and the young lady makes me a smoothie that is nasty . A lot of people have told me about this place because they know I love healthy food . The food is definitely overrated and the smoothies are very overpriced. The lady told me she could not make my smoothie over unless I paid for a new one . I had already brought a smoothie and even left them a tip . She told me I would have to call customer service or write the company about something as small as this . I won’t ever support a place like this again . Her job was to make sure the customer was happy . But places like this only care about money and making black people fell like they are not welcomed . If you go just know that you can’t change your order if you don’t like that . They definitely need to be taught how to make a smoothie and a sandwich ."

"A great little place to grab a yummy smoothie! We had a hard time deciding what to order from the great selection of smoothie options. Service was fantastic and we didn’t have to wait long!"

"We got the "chronic acai" bowl and the strawnanna smoothie. The bowl was good, overpriced, but still very good. The smoothie tasted like straw but no berry or nanna. It tasted like banana-nothingness. I'm sure other stuff is awesome, but the strawnanna smoothie for 8.00 left a lot to be desired, like taste. Service was good. The lady behind the counter was friendly. We'll be back for sure, but just not for the smoothie."

"I went to the shop today to pick up an online order. The one girl who was working at the food station didn’t look up once as I was standing there at the register. No greeting, “be right there”, nothing. I’m pretty sure the door has a bell and I was within her line of sight so she was just ignoring me. The other girl saw me and I told her I was there to pick up an order and she grabbed the bag. She didn’t check the ticket ands forgot the two sandwiches which I had to get her attention to get. Additionally, I asked for dressing on the side and not on the sandwich which I did not get. There was dressing on the sandwich and I had to ask for dressing on the side. Hilariously enough, as I’m writing this review I just bit into a chicken bone about an inch long. Photo attached."

"I don't really enjoy leaving poor reviews. Unfortunately, I can't find a contact email for the specific store. I paid $11 for a sandwich that was severely lacking. I understood the missing sprouts, either maker's error, they were out, whatever. I understood using the butt of a tomato that was essentially just the very last slice it seemed. What I'm not ok with is the piddly amount of tuna salad that they put on. Come on guys...not even a half scoop. The other side was just as lacking."
