"Just picked up my handbag that was a crossbody bag, needed the handles at the bottom where it meets the purse repaired, they would have only had to literally cut off about an inch of that and reattach it to the purse on each side, they cut so much off that now I have to carry it over my shoulder and the stitching is absolutely terrible, I don’t even know how there still in business, this handbag was over $400.00. I’m so upset and disappointed, they totally ruined it."
