"No one communicates with each other, there is no customer service, the pharmacist gives false information, the computer system really needs to be updated. I have used the same location for many many years. I drove up there monday, Tuesday and Wednesday b/c the pharmacy failed miserably. Wasting a lot of my time, gas and money needless to say I will NEVER step into another Walgreens EVER! i'll stick with the local guys..."

"It seems like every other day they are temporarily closed. And they made it so difficult to fill my script cause it was a narcotic, wouldn't let me self pay untill I spoke directly with the pharmacist himself I waited 5 days talking to my drs my insurance and walgreens and 2 mins on the phone with pharmacist. So rock on man in charge but his assistants are horrible and rude"

"I've been a pharmacy customer for 8 years at this location. I've stuck with them through out of stock refills, horrible hour changes and extremely long waits, but I refuse to put up with rudeness. The lady who answers the phone is Incredibly rude. When I asked why my refill was shorted for the 2nd month in a row, She said," There's a nationwide shortage, you're lucky they gave you as many as they did!" Are you kidding me, I retired from the medical field you do Not speak to patients like that. I've gotten her 3 times..3 times Rude. Time to change to Publix. WG is obviously tolerating this behavior based on reviews."

"Absolutely zero idea of what good customer service is in the pharmacy. So rude. I just called because I was told by another Walgreens that I needed to have a medication cancelled if it can't be filled due to it being out of stock. And when I talked to the lady on the phone, she had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Said to me "that is simply not true. The medication has been cancelled" when I informed her what the other Walgreens had told me. I was in the middle of saying "thank you for your help" when I noticed they had hung up the phone. So rude! Will avoid this pharmacy from here on in as much as possible"
