"I’m always nervous trying a new place. We’re in town for the winter and our pup needed a cut so bad. They were awesome here!! Just showed them a quick photo of how I normally like her, and they did it even better!! The place was very clean, attentive and kind staff, and very affordable too!!! Thank you so much. "My Dog smelled after going here. We had to bathe it after being groomed. They also didn’t listen and cut my Dogs hair all off with no style to it. Apparently they have inexperienced groomers. Definetly disappointed in this place and seeing what they did to my pet after picking it up. They should of comped the service due to them not listening but charged us instead. They did exactly what we told them not to do! We were very detailed and the info and pics were not relayed to the groomer. We wouldn’t recommend this place at all! It also smells bad inside. I don’t think my Dog enjoyed going to this place at all. Please do yourself a. Favor and Look elsewhere! Now our pet needs to grow out from them chopping her style up and the scalp job they did. Who does this? Someone that couldn’t be bothered! Very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least!"
