"Mi does a good job and my dog always looks great!"

"I’ve been taking my Yorkie here for just over a year and have never had any complaints, but unfortunately had a negative experience the other day. While my dog was being groomed, I received a phone call of very disturbing nature regarding my family and was on the phone dealing with this for over an hour. Unfortunately I lost track of time because of this situation and ended up being an hour late to pick up my pup. This is VERY out of the ordinary for me, and when I arrived I immediately was extremely apologetic as I never wanted to take advantage of Mi’s time and service, and briefly tried to explain my situation. She responded by being very upset and told me that my dog had been crying nonstop and she “couldn’t stand it” — upon opening her crate she found that she had soiled herself and her paws were covered in feces. She handed her to me and threw me a wipe to clean her off myself. Maybe she’d had a bad day too, but after the grooming cost that I paid plus the extra that I tipped apologetically, I left feeling really hurt and unsatisfied by the experience. I hoped she could have at least rinsed her paws off. Again this was an out of the ordinary experience — I was in the wrong for being late, but I was exceedingly apologetic and wish that it could have been handled differently and more sensitively. I’d hope to still bring my dog in the future but I was not given opportunity to schedule another appointment."

"My little girl loves coming here to get her grooming done. The shop is always kept clean and lovey always comes home happy, clean and soft. Love that the dogs don't sit In a cage all day and can play together. Mi has always gone above and beyond to communicated with me about what's going on and takes a more personal approach."

"If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. Had an appointment at 1. Showed up a few minutes early, she told me she was running late. The owner called me at 4:00 and told me my dog was not being compliant, and all she did was shower him. It takes 3 hours to shower my dog? And she still hadn’t started on anything else. I asked her if she could put him on the grooming table and show me his demeanor, she did so and he was perfectly fine. Mind you!! My dog has been groomed plenty of times at many different groomers. Then, to make matters worse, instead of offering me to come back later or another day, she charged me $25 dollars for a shower. Terrible terrible service, and she fought with me the whole time. Avoid at all costs"

"I’ve been so happy with this salon for many years. Mi has exceptional skills in grooming my Yorkie, and they love going there. Her salon is clean and organized, and my pets love her. She’s a bit of a dog whisperer. I now drive 100 miles round trip to take my Bella to have her groomed here."
