Most importantly the store is very abundant but well maintained and organized, both retail and animal area. The items I found were perfect and the prices were too. Probably spent hours looking around here. We can't wait to come back sometime!"

"We adopted our first fur baby with Fluff and Ashlei was our coordinator. She was absolutely amazing in answering questions and has been in constant touch with us as we send her updates about our puppy! We did not expect to be taking our puppy home the same day as our meet and greet because we had visited many other shelters and their process was ridiculously lengthy. Thanks to their store in their shelter, I was able to find most of what I needed to take him home. I’m glad we found our baby here and are in love, completely! Thanks Fluff! ❤️"

"So I arrived at Fluff thrift store about at 9:00 am not realizing that they didn’t open until 10 a.m. Glenn came to the door and said “what are you doing here so early?” Instead of turning me away and making me wait until 10 a.m, he graciously let me come in and shop early. He even offered me a water and one of his Atkins bars ! Who does that nowadays??? Glenn does! He had great music playing and has the best personality that will keep customers coming back to shop! He even helped me carry my purchases out to my car so I didn’t have to make a second trip back in! If you are in the area it’s a great store to shop in and go see Glenn, he’s the best! Love this thrift store and all that it does for animals."
