"We are very satisfied with these services. Mr. Parrado communicated with us from the start regarding our puppy. He confirmed the appointment and even accommodated a schedule change we had to do. He sent us his ETA and arrived on time. The van was spacious and had its own generator. Our puppy was drawn to him from the start. He was warm and friendly. After grooming was completed, our puppy looked beautiful with her cute bandana, she smelled great and seemed very happy. She didn’t want to let Mr. Parrado leave. He’ll be taking care of our puppy’s grooming forever. Also, no hidden fees, it is exactly what he tells you, which btw are very competitive for the services he offers.
