"My experience doesn’t even deserve one star. My little girl who is already anxiety prone was severely mishandled by the woman that was “grooming her.” I walked in on a nightmare of that groomer screaming at my dog to stay still when she was in CLEAR distress. Had I not walked in on at that moment this abuse would have continued. Beware of how these individuals are treating your pets when you are not present! Dogs are not people and if a dog is in distress you need to STOP. They could have called me to let me know that she’s too anxious and it wasn’t going to work. But, no instead they continued because it’s all about money! She didn’t stop until I called it off. My dog was shaved to where her skin was pink. Clearly she was hurting from the razor. I just was appalled by the whole thing, but happy I was able to get my baby out of that situation. I later took her to Amy’s Dog Dynasty, which I highly recommend , and had a wonderful experience. She was calm the whole time they fixed her botched grooming job from Petsmart. Dogs can sense energy and they know when people are bad, and I’ll leave it at that."

"Great experience! We took my Daschund to visit Santa. I had her pictures instantly. Much better than last years experience at the Clearwater store where we never got her pictures. I will continue to use this store from now on. Thank you for being amazing!"

"The associates here are beyond amazing, they not only know his name from when he enters but they also understand when we are training him and will not encourage the dog to come over to them when in training mode. Staff knowledgeable and kind to all"

"We usually get good service here, however we've had some employees lie to our faces about not having crickets (it had nothing to do with their personal store supply of crickets, we understand the store babies need to eat too.). Most of the time the employees are overwhelmed and are always very busy, so getting help can be hard especially if you want crickets. Don't bother pressing the button for assistance by the crickets, they don't come. Your best bet if you need crickets is to physically get someone yourself, or just go to another store. 9 times out of 10, we have to go to Pet Supermarket, which sucks because we live less than 5 minutes from this location. Generally though the employees are knowledgeable and friendly, so I don't feel like they deserve an awful rating, it's just the feeder bug situation that royally sucks (which they generally have little control over). If you need crickets from here and can't wait, may the odds be ever in your favor."

"I’ve had my puppy groomed here twice and the first time was great. They were communicative and got back to me to pick him up within the times they gave me. The trim was great and my puppy seemed happy. The second time they told me that he would be done in 3 hours. I finally went in at the over 5 hour mark and asked if he was done. They said yes. I asked if he had been done for awhile and the groomer said they’d been very busy but his grooming was just completed. When another groomer brought him out she exclaimed that he was sleeping for awhile and was very tired: my only issue is how was his grooming just completed but he was sleeping for “awhile”. I don’t think I’ll bring him back after the extended time. He’s a puppy and he had a puppy trim which is supposed to get him accustomed to getting groomed. Several hours in a kennel is not conducive to getting him accustomed to getting him groomed. His trim was nice though. But over 5 hours is not acceptable for a young puppy."
