"I have a 14 year old cat with fairly long hair. She developed a good size matted area of fur and I did not want to chance hurting her trying to remove it. After calling a couple of vets, it was suggested I seek the service of a groomer. Fluff and Scissors was in my area so I called. I received a voice message and left my reason for calling and my phone number. A day went by and I did not get a return call. I was nearby the following day and decided to stop at this location. The door was locked so I knocked. Meanwhile, another woman also walked up as she was needing a groomer for her dog. A man came to the door and unlocked it. I told him about leaving a message about my cat and he reacted by laughing at me and just saying "no". I asked "and you find that funny?" I was shocked by how rude and clearly disinterested he was. The woman next to me asked if he was the owner and he responded that he was, and for over 30 years. Personally, I'm one who assists a potential customer any way I can, even if it's passing along helpful information. I think he needs to retire if he has this kind of attitude! John, surely you know you only get one chance to make a first impression!"
