"We had been using Fluties for our two babies for years. We couldn’t recommend them any higher until they lost our newest addition and just let her runaway as someone was opening the door. They had someone go after her but eventually gave up trying. I’m sorry when you’re responsible for someone else’s pet you don’t give up trying. Mia (a 1 year old Yorkshire terrier at the time) has now been lost forever because of this boarding. We will never go back or recommend to others if they can’t control their animals."
"We started using Fluties because the 1st place we used, one of our puppies came back to us with a leg injury. They did apologize and said they worked on her a little. We received no phone call or follow-up to see how the puppy was doing. We never worry about our pups when we leave them at Fluties, and we always get them back happy and healthy!"
"This is my second time taking my pup to this location. The first time was amazing. I was very pleased with the service the second time which would be this time I pick him up and this is what he looks like I will not be returning to say the least. $80 I could’ve done a better job than this. His coat is different links all over. They didn’t even touch his tail or clean his ears like the man said they were going to when I dropped him off. We had a whole discussion about it. They also did not clip all of his nails. They only clipped some of them."
"This is one of the best dog boarding and dog daycare places we know. I'm sure their grooming is a 5 star as well. They have an incredible owner/manager and the staff is beyond excellent. We care and love our dogs and we truly trust them with our loved ones. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!"
"I cannot begin to tell you how much Simon Rascal loves coming here. He goes to the daycare many days a month. He also gets his nails trimmed and ears cleaned at the grooming side. Every single day he pouts until I ask him if he wants to go see his girlfriends at Fluties. Then he goes wild. He is very high energy. They have taught him a lot. When we are almost there he goes wild in my car every time. When I pick him up he passes out on the ride home. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. I always know he is in loving care. Today he is depressed because I’m not taking him…but they are getting brand new flooring. Simon Rascal will be so excited when they are done."
