"My brother and I were in the store this afternoon and had an incredible experience thanks to both Camila and George (apologies if spellings are off). My brother gifted me shoes from another store that unfortunately did not fit, and they were both extremely helpful in properly sizing me and exchanging for the same pair that now does fit. While doing all of this, they also generously brought a small bowl of water for my brother's dog that was with us. Had great conversations with both and would 100% recommend either of them to any peers."

"The single worst experience I’ve ever had. I had shoes shipped to me that didn’t fit. They didn’t include a return shipping label. I contacted the store to see how to return them and they could not figure out how to generate a valid shipping label. This went on for weeks before I finally just paid to return it myself. They have received my item and they have still not processed my refund. I’ve called the store and can’t seem to reach anyone who has the ability to complete anything in a timely manner. The shoes are quality but dealing with the store makes them not worth it. The experience I’ve had has been unbelievably bad. The brand is great quality but this particular store needs help."
