"Ordered on the app, went in and the young lady with blondish/brown hair didn’t acknowledge me. They didn’t have the donuts I ordered which is fine but she just sat there, didn’t tell me I could substitute. I literally had to ask her. She said I could request a refund on the app but she didn’t know how because she “doesn’t use the app”. I understand not having the donuts, that’s not a big deal, but the customer service was horrid. She just walked away from us said nothing, eventually the manager came over but she didn’t even tell us she was getting the manager. If the young lady hates her job that much, maybe she needs to quit."

"This place doesn’t deserve any stars . Over the past few months the coffee and customer service has gone out the window. The old lady with white hair is always so RUDE and argumentative when they’re the ones who messed it up. I’m not sure anyone would want less than half a coffee that you’ve spent $6 on.. I can’t even say it’s a hit or miss... the coffee always tastes bad ever since Wes left. I’ve started to go the Dunkin’ that Wes went to. But sometimes time makes it to where I have to go to peachland and I REGRET it EVERY TIME!! The young kid is terrible doesn’t know how to refund . Sold me a sandwich they didn’t have and then tells me he refunded me. I looked at my bank and it wasn’t there. Then he finally gave me the refund. Just overall. Don’t go here !!"
