"The pump we were at had no tamper seal on it. It was apparent someone tried to pry it open. I wouldn’t get gas here. They are supposed to check for skimmers and it’s apparent that they don’t."

"I used to get gas here all the time. I won’t come back. The lady at the counter is dismissive and rude. I had a problem and her response was “you aren’t my customer.” Hold on. Any and every customer that comes in your store is your customer - past, present and if you’re lucky…future. There are A LOT of places to get gas in this town. I’ll go someplace else."

"This location is one of the more dirtier stores run by this company. Even though it’s pretty new, you would have sworn it’s another Walmart with tons of gunk all over the parking lot and trash overflowing the bins. Poor management and drink choices for a Lakewood Ranch location."

"Just your typical 7-11. I don't understand all the negative reviews of customer reviews for rude employees. I would love for you all to look at yourselves. Do you expect a mint with your gas? This is not a 5-star hotel. When you deal with rude demanding customers for 8 hours, it can sometimes be hard not to give it back. No, I do not work for 7-11. I am just tired of watching people get berated because a slushy machine isn't working or something else stupid like that. The person behind the counter can't fix it!!!"
