"I purchased this backpack for my son, he is starting 2nd grade. He was excited to go school shopping this year, considering everything that's kept us home for the last 5mos. They started on August 11th and by August 17th it had already started falling apart, by no fault of his. I contacted PUMA, assuming a billion dollar company would want to make it right.......... NOPE. I was told to take it back to the store from where I purchased it. I informed them that I no longer had the receipt and the tags were removed, I was not able to take it back or exchange. Their response was to check my bank accounts for a sales transaction. Thanks PUMA for disappointing my 7yr old. I will never spend another dollar on your brand."
