"I went to the store to trade a new pair of shoes as the ones ordered were not what I expected. The store also did not have in stock the ones I wanted to get as well. So I asked the clerk to just process a refund for me. They were unable to do that for me at the store because I had paid through PayPal and couldn’t figure out how to do it so I had to go home and print a return label and then drop it off at a UPS store. It should have been a simple process at the store."
