Firehouse Subs Brandon

"This is the worst Firehouse I've ever been to. I went for lunch and the staff seemed so discombobulated and disorganized. People were standing around waiting for over 30 minutes for orders. When they did get their orders they were wrong. I thought one lady was about to lose it with them. When I received my sandwich it looked like a child had made it with stuff all falling out and messy. I can only hope I don't get food poisoning. One employee took a personal call the manager got onto him about within earshot of customers and the manager took a phone call on the business line and briefly got into it with someone. It was messy in general. None of the to-go orders made it to their spots, the tables were dirty, and the chips were fairly depleted. Someone needs to overhaul this location as my lunch companion said he had been there before and had the same issue in the past. This wasn't a one off or a bad day."

"Went in to get a sub and was the only person in line. Employees didn't greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. Stood at the counter for over five minutes while they walked around not doing anything. Ended up leaving without a word being said to me. I never leave reviews but thats just rude and shows the quality of employees they employed at this location."

"This place is horrible. They apparently thought my order was a mistake because I ordered it too early?! That doesn't make any damn sense. This location used to be great but has gone down hill since I was last here in November. Go ANYWHERE else for lunch. I will not return to this location under any circumstances. **This is actually an edit. They gave me the wrong size chili. They can't do anything right"

"My family went just about every day of the 50% off app promotion and love the food. The reason it is not 5 stars is because someone likely took our online order of 3 large subs due to online orders just sitting for anyone to be able to grab while they're understandably busy during the promotion. I had to wait quite a while but I give props to the workers and their service for doing their best and not trying to argue about the order or anything after showing a receipt."
