"I go to this location once a week and get the frisco melt. Today I was there it had a massive amount of sauce on it to the point it was inedible. When I spoke to the manager she did not seem to care and when I told her I would not be back her response was "ok." Guess she did not care that she lost a weekly customer."

"I have been to this location several times and it was always a nice experience, however, today was not one of those days. I ordered a reese's peanut butter cup shake and a cake batter shake. I had to return because they mixed up the shakes. They put the wrong toppings on the shakes. So they both had peanut butter in them. My daughter pointed out to me that she would have been fired when she worked at Sonic for something like this because of potentially causing someone to have a fatal reaction if they had a peanut butter allergy. I asked to speak with a manager because I didn't want anyone to die over a shake. I didn't want anyone to get fired, but I figured telling a manager would help because they could let their team know to be more careful. Instead when I asked to speak with her she said she was a manager and immediately sounded frustrated. She said they have signs all over saying they aren't responsible for any food allergies. I didn't ask her whether or not they were responsible for food allergies. I just wanted her to speak with her team because again this could have been fatal to someone with a peanut butter allergy. If she is the manager she needs to learn how to approach situations like this differently. If you or a loved one has a food allergy especially a peanut butter allergy I would not go to this Steak n Shake. Regardless if there are signs she should have told me she would speak with her team so they could know the importance of what that shake could have done to someone with a peanut butter allergy."

"I came in and ordered my food on the self-service kiosk, I went and made my drink and set it on my table and went back to get a little ketchup and before I could get back John had already cooked my hamburger served up my hot fries and my hot chili and had it ready for me to take. It's like the man knew what I was going to get before I got there. I sat there and watched him moving as fast as he could, he wasn't just dealing with me but the people in the drive-thru and even running food out to people outside. You would have thought he was being paid $150 an hour. It's people like this that the country is missing. People that care that give their best. John is the only reason I came on this site is to brag about that man and how hard he works. Thank God for John and anyone like him!"

"This establishment is fully automated. There are no cashiers. You place your order & pay via kiosk. I was very taken aback that the kiosk prompts you to tip. Exactly what for? No one waited on me. No one brought food to the table. No one even handed me a beverage cup. All self service. TIPS = To Insure Proper Service. Exactly why do they think they should be tipped?"

"First time hearing of the place and decided to give it a try vs the big franchise next door. So glad we got to experience the amazingly delicious burgers, chicken fingers and the fries were uniquely old school skinny style. The ordering system is a kiosk but there is an attendant who was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The floors were sticky but did not affect the overall ambiance of how clean the facility presents. Really get an old 50's style burger joint while dining in. Free rifill on the drinks was nice and they even had unsweetened tea. The bathrooms were clean and in good repair. Best part was that the price of the 4 "super sized meals" was way less than MC Ds. Overall our new favorite burger joint when visiting Brandon FL."
