"I paid $300 for a pair of red wing work shoes. 1 yr old and they are coming apart. These are the shoes the store promoted. I was told a lifetime warranty. I call and find out its only a year warranty. Had i known that I never wouldve bought them. Must be nice lying to people, take their $ and then not stand behind your words or product. I will never buy any red wings again!! Dont shop here!"

"Came here a few times and while the boots themselves are amazing quality I'm afraid i can’t say the same about one staff member. MaryJo appears like a nice woman at first but only sees customers as $$$. after i returned some boots i was told that she would “never help me again” because i had “wasted her time”. she lacks any professionalism and care for the customer. if you’re coming to this location please see Christian, he’s a great guy and is what you’re looking for from someone who’s trying to find you a work boot or even something from their heritage line.
