"You get a disgusting rush of mildew and mold smell as soon as you step inside the store. It's been like that for over a month.... They need to shut the place down. I can't believe it's open. It's a health hazard... corporate Ross needs to do something about it."
"This place has gone so downhill. The merchandise has become so cheesy and cheap looking and the prices have gone up I would never shop here anymore. Also there are only Spanish speaking employees at the front desk is always long lines and you have to ask for a code to use the bathroom at the back where the dressing rooms are. And it's always filthy. I work there a few years back and I hated it the manager was so mean and it was just ridiculous they didn't teach me anything it was one of the worst places I've ever worked. Stay away from Ross stores"
"This store needs money put into it so badly. The store looks like it's falling apart. Most of the carts don't work because the tread is coming off the wheels or the wheels are so clogged with string and hair. The main dressing room area is shut down and there are only 2 makeshift rooms up front. This is a pretty busy store so 2 dressing rooms are extremely inadequate for their needs. Corporate needs to take a look at this store that is probably making them a nice profit and give something back in the way of upgrades."
