Dunkin'

"They had an okay selection of donuts, but they have same issue as the other dunkin in town and that's the fact that they have lots of the same donuts left because they apparently make a lot more of the less popular ones than the ones people apparently like. I have gone in later in the evening just to see full trays of those undesirable flavors still on the shelf, and it's the same type that are there every day. My suggestion is that they need management to keep better track of the evening waste and best sellers so that they can make more of the top sellers and less of the undesirables in turn leading to a better profit. I have been told that they all make the same amounts of the same styles in all stores, and they go by the same baking list.. (not sure about the truthfulness of that ) but if it were true that would be ludicrous because different areas call for different types of best sellers and managers should be able to adjust the styles to make for a higher profit level.. Now, service is not bad, and as luck has it as usual, I am blessed to be waited on by a new hire, but she was trying hard to do it alone but she needed help and she shouldn't have been thrown to the wolves quite yet. SOOO in a nutshell, I would go back, and I hope they have worked out the kinks in their systems to make it a better experience for us as well as a more profitable one for them."

"Very very low price on my coffee that I love . Every where else overcharged me for 2 ice coffees. Over $11 but this Dunkin donuts shop only cost me less than $8"

"I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and a pump of raspberry. And this is what they gave me. It literally taste like dirt and was not even green. Nothing was mixed properly. So disappointment it went strait to the garbage. What a waist of money."

"Drive thru is always slow. I waited in line for at least 15mins a few times. Once you get to the speaker, you have to wait 2 ot 5 mins for them to take your order.. Some workers dont greet the customer. I experience dirty finger nails while giving me my coffee but the guy was friendly. But at least my coffee is fresh and hot."

"Went to order munchkins and was asked if I wanted one flavor or a mix. Ordered a mix, and only received two flavors. Was also asked if I had a mobile order at the window as if they didn’t know what I ordered legit minutes ago. Very confused. I haven’t been here in a while and I’m very disappointed that they didn’t have any others as well as they didn’t seem all that together. They literally had glazed and unglazed and that was it. Guess I’m gonna have to try a different Dunkin from now on. Hopefully they get better."
