"Shout out to Ryan for coming to my work place and yelling at a full staff of women co-workers and I about his coffee not being prepared, when we were busy and moving as fast as we humanly could. It’s never appropriate to yell and scream at someone , especially in your Fit To Run uniform in the middle of a mall, and while complaining about leaving their store location unattended to grab said coffee. Go to a different location or be in risk being serviced by a man with no patience and no respect to others."

Great advice and very knowledgeable, never felt pressured and had lots of patience as I tried every insert in my shoe numerous times! Even got a great pair of Brooks as per her recommendation too!
