"This was my second time visiting Ecco shoes. The first time I went in there I was limping very badly due to a pair of poorly made shoes. Olivia and Sonya recommended a shoe which put me right and stopped the pain in my knee within a hour or so of wearing them. I walk 3-7 miles a day as a tour guide, and without their help, probably would have ended up with another pair of pain shoes. They know what makes a shoe work and what's in stock well that enough I bought a second pair on sale. Went back today to get shoes for my wife, who's standing or walking 8-14 hours a day, but also has an old injury causing a painful spot above her heel, making her very hard to fit. Within five tries, Sonya and Olivia found the right shoe. It was so quick I only had time to pick out one pair of clearance shoes for myself. After six months, my Ecco shoes have held up strong.
