"Oh how the mighty have fallen. Shopped here with my family when I was a kid used to be good back in the day not anymore went downhill years ago. Big store big brands but worst customer service ever, like even the old security guard at the door is salty. Heard the current owner is the original owner's son, super sad because the old man ran it right. My recent experience here was so bad it will be my last experience ever never again."

"Hello I’ve been going to this store since the early 2000s .. I bought a pair of sneakers due to a broken leg recovery that I told the sales man in which he helped me pick the best shoe for Support .. once I tried on the shoe it fit pretty well , but due to my foot swelling up from the recovery it’s feel tight .. so I went back the next day with my receipt in which it stated exchange only on it which was fine because I didn’t want my money back I just simply wanted a bigger shoe size ..the cashier open the shoe box look at the bottom of the shoe in which it had like lint or some type of fiber from me once trying the shoe at home I walked outside but quickly notice I couldn’t walk to long in the shoes so I put them back …the store was closed already by that time if not I would of just went back the same day .. so she stated she could take the shoes for exchange due to the dust so I grab the shoe and showed it to another employee asking is this that serious in which he looked and laughed because it simply was something u can just remove from one wipe of the hand .. she refuse to exchange the shoe .. mind you most stores will give you your money back this store not only doesn’t give u a refund they acutally don’t exchange this was a horrible experience for me I even cried on the way home because I felt robbed what Iam I sopped to do with a pair of shoes that I paid $200 for I can’t wear ..I advise stay away from this cool j it’s horrible !! As you can see the shoes are brand new the Receipt shows time and date !!"

"I buy all my sneakers and my kids sneakers for as long as I can remember. Despite being followed and treated like a criminal every time I go in there, I still return. Today was the last straw. I tried to try on a display shoe and was stopped, understandably. I told the salesman that I was an 8.5 or a 9. He checked the back and returned saying that was the last pair. The one I tried trying on was the 8.5 display model he held. He hid it and didn’t return. You lost a loyal customer today. It was good run. I liked this store but I’m not a criminal. This store is very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. A shame. Pictured below: All the pairs of shoes purchased within the last year at this retail establishment. Gone, good riddance. This has left a true bad taste in my mouth. P.P.S.S. I also bought this hat for Christmas. I think the positive reviews are bought just like one could by followers and likes."
