"Great customer service. I bought a pair of shoes at Champs that I wore for 15 minutes max in my house and I tried trading them for a bigger size and they refused to help. I went to Foot Locker and they immediately helped me out. They also had a better selection of shoes and the employees were inviting."

"No protocols with emergencies. Had a shooter situation this passed Saturday and instead of evacuating us through the back; your employee used a clothing rack and her body to stop us from escaping. A man had to physically shove her out of the way so we could get to safety. Poor reaction when all the other stores were rushing people out the back. Had it been a real active shooter situation your store and your employee would have blood on your hands ."

"Brandon Mall foot locker used to be good but the new managers they got are trash me and wife waited for almost 20 min for an employee to get shoes we asked for in back . Then the young lady helping use was told to go to break the so called manager takes over and didn't even acknowledge me and wife and never came back with my shoes. Deff not going back .Sad cause Brandon footlocker USED to be my fav please get new MANAGERS in asap"

The lady who waited on me about them actually acted like she didn't want to let me to return the shoes. The heels were gone. Like I said not even 2 months old. I don't think I will go there again.
