"I recently purchased a denim from your store, and unfortunately, it did not fit me as expected. Despite having the purchase confirmation in my bank application, the store refused to process the return without a physical receipt. This experience has left me disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I expected more flexibility in handling returns, especially when I can provide proof of purchase through alternative means. This incident has diminished my trust in the store's policies and willingness to accommodate customers. I spoke with store manager, and after checking, she told that there are no purchase at the store on the date I mentioned. So she blamed that I am a liar. Very and very bad customer service. Do not recommend this store."

"My wife and I ate at the Mariposa room. We did make reservations for lunch with our favorite waiter Marco. As usual the food was excellent, and Marco's service was superior."

Then they told us that the gift we received had to be returned in 30 days. It did not say that on the gift receipt. Finally, a manager was able to arrange a refund with great difficulty. I would never shop there again. We were treated like criminals"

Tried to find straw fedora but no selection Finally went to jewelry to find black or red item. Took long time but finally found beautiful Lizzie fortunate necklace new. Gorgeous and glad to own Bought it but went home to see it was marked down on website so had to phone Jeri to give credit to my charge card Glad I looked online so got big reduction 20% off discount"

"Update: I just visited the store, went to look for gowns. However, it was a miss today. Will try next time. While preparing to leave, I saw their accessory and furniture department, OMG, it was a SHOW STOPPER! 2nd floor, ck it out. It was so festive. Its like going back to the good old days of peace & prosperity. Im incredibly speechless. Great ideas and stunning media combinations...with a lot of love thought placed into it. Eye candy! I'll be bringing my daughter back to see this amazing phenomenon and hopefully find the simple outfit I have dreamed of! ***** Great presentation of merchandise. As we enter, the place was filled will a wonderful and welcoming scent. The main entrance is a Wow area and artistically done. The staff was delightful, welcoming and eager to help. Although there were a lot of clients, we will go back to visit next year."
