"Worst customer service I’ve never had! I go in to purchase something I saw in the window. They said they don’t have any of them left, and can’t give me the one in the window. I asked to please speak to the manager because that’s false advertising. The manager ignored what we had to say, and instead told us that this other store “mango” doesn’t sell the products in their window either. Complete disregard for what we’re asking. She told us the VP was right around the corner and he’ll be upset if they move something from the window. So I asked to speak to him, and she said of course I don’t have his number. She and her staff refused to come up with a simple solution! I finally asked If they would order it and ship it to me. When the lady went to see the item, I asked if I could touch it, and she said no! What kind of business refuses to let a customer see, touch, or purchase an item from their store? Definitely need to teach their staff the basic principals of sales! I was totally turned off by my experience, I’d rather give my money to someone else who actually takes care of their customers!"

"Lovely store. At our alteration business nearby we have people come in with clothing items from Express and they always always look so good."

"I was at Express last night looking for a suit with my husband. We arrived about 7:45 and at 7:52 he wanted to try on pants but the fitting room doors were locked. We asked an associate and they said the fitting rooms were closed they were closing at 8. Totally unacceptable. The mall closes at 9 not 8."

"The only express store I have been to that doesn't match the price on the app and doesn't do in store pick up. Had to pay $40 more for the same item I could have gotten at the next closest store"

He helped us sign up for a new Express Credit Card (ours had expired due to inactivity), and even helped us order a blazer online we have been eyeing for awhile that was not available in the store in my size, and had it shipped right to our house! He really went above and beyond. If you visit this Express, look for Cam for a positive experience!"
