"The sales rep that helped during back to school was very helpful when looking for sizes and what not for my son's school uniform. She was extremely helpful and took the time to stay with us as my son tried on multiple items of clothing because the bottoms were just not fitting. We had a good laugh about that; not my son but the uniform. I was a little turned off that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay in Palm Beach but luckily since I made the initial trip, I don't have to anymore. Plus I can order online and then they'll deliver it to my son's school. I like the fact that they are accommodating seeing as they are so far away even from the school."

"Worst client experience! We went to the store before school began in July and ordered 3 uniforms that were supposed to be sent to our school in 3 weeks. They were sent to the wrong school a month after. Then we went to pick them up at the store and turns out we got the wrong uniform for another school. We then had to wait another month until our actual uniform arrived. After a month, we got a call that the trim we were waiting for so long wasn’t available anymore and that the uniforms were supposed to be sent to our home without the trim. Here I am, writing this review 3 months after we placed our order, still have no uniforms, and if we do get them eventually they won’t have the trim. Terrible experience. Everything went wrong from the first time we ordered and every interaction with them has been so negative. Not even an apology or anything. Do no buy there and schools please find another supplier!"

"This place is ran by a bunch of kids that have no experience with uniforms. From the very beginning until now our experience has been horrible. Everyday they give a different LIE about your order. When you first ask when to expect your order they will tell you 2 weeks. After getting all your money the LIEs start. My order went from 2 weeks to 2 months and I still haven’t received it. I will be begging my child’s school to find another vender ASAP."

"Unfortunately, this is one of two places my daughter has to chose from for school uniforms. The website is not user friendly, so you receive no updates on your order. The only thing you can do as a customer is change your password and order items. Why bother I ordered one shirt weeks ago. When I called today to finally see where it was, the shirt is not something they carry in stock, and they are still waiting for it. Why can’t there be any tracking posted for the customer? Wish there was a better way to update the customer."
