"Only stayed here for 3 days, but the place was fantastic, made friends in the restaurant staff and actually going to visit her home country. Everything was top-notch."

"Extremely average resort. The rooms are old, dusty, and lots of little bugs. Housekeeping doesn't clean daily and when they do, it is very basic cleaning and they also are stingy with the towels. Pool is not heated. Continental breakfast is also super basic with only a few baked goods, bread, and boxes of cereal. Food to order is also okay at best. Buildings are spread out and far from the lobby. Also elevators were out of service. Not completely awful but wouldn't go back."

"First I would like to emphasize you need to read the recent reviews because things have changed dramatically at this resort. We stayed here in the past and enjoyed it but it’s obviously seen much better days. 4 o’clock check-in so we arrive at 4 o’clock one person checking people in. Our room keys didn’t work. The resort is in terrible exterior shape. Needs a paint job landscaping was a mess twigs and leaves everywhere. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned and or swept at ages. We had bath towels but no Face towels or hand towels had to call room service for them. We went to the pool and they were only a few chairs. We asked about that and they told us they would be bringing some chairs. We asked multiple times and they never brought any additional chairs to the pool. We went to the bar and asked for water and they didn’t have any. They were out of towels at the pool and no one knew it since they had no employees working at the pool. We had to go in and ask for towels. We went back to the room and found that our keys did not work again. They told us it was a program error and gave us new keys. We stayed two days and they never made up our room Even after we asked."

"There is a lot of good stuff to say about this resort, and some not so goods. First, it's in a great location, the grounds are beautiful, and our room was terrific. The food was good and the drinks were well made. I know a few members of our group had trouble with their rooms, but we did not. On the negative side, the hot tub was cold and the outside bar/restaurant closes really early. The biggest issue however was that when we arrived at 6pm, the room was not ready. It was finally ready after 7. Like I said, it was a nice room, but we didn't get to spend much time in it. Overall, I think this place could probably use more staff, but we would come back."

"The rooms are dated and not well take care of. The lobby is the nicest area. Overall, rooms were not very clean. They have an issue with big control. There were 3 different types found in the bathroom alone. Many of the amenities were closed, spa closed, no dining available, computer room not available. Outside of all the above issues, the staff were very pleasant. I would not pick this location again for $136/night. I would not even pay $50/night for this location."
