"Subject: Unpleasant Experience at McDonald's I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during our recent visit to McDonald's. Regrettably, we experienced mistreatment from the cashier who was assisting us. This behavior was unexpected and has left us disappointed with the level of service we received."

"The woman working the drive-through window was really unpleasant and seemed irritated by our order, insisting that we go along and wait for our food. When we begged for more sugar, she even went so far as to slam the window and give it to us while acting so rudely. Our McDonald's experience was destroyed on September 9 at 10:22 a.m., and we are not loving it! We are still waiting for our food at 10:35 despite our receipt stating 10:09 a.m. The MOBILE ORDER APP and the drive-through should be quicker, right? Improve, McDonald's."

"The issues I have had are too numerous for both my family and me to explain them all. They are convenient, so we continue to use this location if we have to. They seem to be out of either pastries or their ice cream machine is broken. The staff always struggle bc they either don't have enough help or their staff is not trained adequately. Plus, it is not that difficult for staff to say thank you, which seems to be a South Florida cultural norm that drives me crazy. It all starts at the top, and if the owners and managers are so self-absorbed, then that is a direct reflection of their staff."

"The friendly neighborhood McDonald's. What more can I say? I don't come here often, but when I do everything goes well. I would recommend ordering through the app to get the best deals."

"Understaffed in the “dining room”. The business model is, “give them their bag and hope they leave”. The priority is electronic order and drive through and please just leave! The napkin dispenser(one) is always empty. Management does not allow it to be filled. I learned this from their “WE CARE” hot line. This dismal review applies to both Weston stores at Indian Trace and Weston road, because they are managed by the same “ WE CARE” team. The positive reviews can’t be real. I am appalled that the McDonalds corporation tolerate this in Weston, Florida."
