"Very disappointed in this place. The carpeting in the halls and rooms are disgustingly filthy. The rooms are.spacious but old and dark with few sources for light. Our curtains were broken, which is a problem for a room on the first floor facing the parking lot. Best part of our stay was breakfast and the staff. But this place needs a serious refresh. Next time I am in Weston, I will look for something cleaner and newer."

"I’m in a wheelchair and I called to book the accessible room in October. I did so because I was unable to do so online. When I checked in the evening of Jan 12, I was told we could not have the accessible room. When I asked why it wasn’t available, I was told it was on the online reservation and this isn’t their problem. I was told there was a room with a “transfer shower” but when I got to the room I found it wasn’t accessible whatsoever. There was no where to transfer too, there was not wand in the shower to use, I couldn’t even fully get my mobility device around the room. When I called down to tell the front desk this, I was told there’s nothing they can do and I should find a room at another hotel. I did just that. I come to Weston often to visit friends. I will not only never stay here again, I’ve told them all to never have their guest stay at the property. The staff couldn’t be less interested in actual hospitality."

"Only 1 walk-in shower, very sad !!!! Tubs with "transfer" seats don't work for everyone. It's the TUB that is the issue. Main stove exhaust fan doesn't work. Bathroom exhaust fan bearings are rattling like they are about to go out. They are extremely LOUD ! WiFi certificate is out of date so my phone, laptop, & tablet will not connect. Even with the hope of the service provider. I was awaken after arriving. I had to evacuate due to a gas leak smell. Main front desk lady (Sandy - I think) never called like I requested, because I left the property. Returned on my own 2 hours later to find that the fire department was long gone. Bigger issue is if you have a room near the basketball court, it is open all night !!!! Well it's after 10:30pm. 2 teens have been playing for the last 2+ hours. They are louder than the TV on volume level 20. I have been listening on level 10 or 12, depending on the channel. Oh, I only mention this because I have to be up at 05:00 ! Chose this place because of a recommendation........will likely look for another Marriott location, even if it is farther away."

"Love the service, rooms were nicely laid out. An apartment sized refrigerator and a two burner stove top was a bonus for me. It felt like a home away from home. Perfect for a family with small children, a shopping trip or a business trip."

"Had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for an overnight stay 11/08/2023 at approx. 6:45pm was my check-in, as I was visiting the Cleveland Clinic across the street early the very next morning. Side note (I wish I was checked in by the other young lady who had the braids) As we were checking in, I had the displeasure of interacting with the front desk clerk who had the personality for dead fish. Despite her cold and unpleasant personality and interaction with us we did enjoy our stay there. The rooms were spacious clean and accommodating. We were a tad bit disappointed that they did not have traditional bacon for breakfast but rather turkey bacon... I feel the turkey bacon should have been an option. The hotel itself was quiet and allowed for restful sleep."
