"This store always has helpful employees. The store has a lot of sales, between the app and in store sales you can always score a deal."
"It was... okay, and I felt as lukewarm as I did the word okay. There were no sweaters for toddler girls. I thought that was weird, regardless of the month, it's an outlet, you'd think that there would be more than 2 sweaters for toddlers. There were other warm clothes in the clearance clearance section, so that was kind of confusing. The store was messy and disorderly. The clearance section was particularly messy, even compared to other stores. The sales were okay, but they weren't anything shocking. Honestly, the prices could compete or even lose to your local Target or Amazon, so if it's something that your kids are going to beat up or outgrow quickly, I'd just get it there. For example, a cover up for the beach or pool, 40% off was $20 here, but I just found one on Amazon for $12 or a a two/three pack for $20-$25. I say this is better because while the quality of the Carter's one might be a bit nicer, I genuinely don't know when my toddler is going to ruin/lose/etc this cover up. I also can't imagine that the quality is THAT much different from my personal experience of buying from Carter's vs. Target. vs Amazon."
"Not sure why any customer service at this store is so quick to judge a pregnant woman’s belly. The front desk lady today asked how many months i was then she was shocked how “small” my belly was and proceeded to say “your baby is going to be tiny” then she said don’t forget to take the survey for a coupon. Oh don’t worry i won’t lol it’s as if people don’t realize it’s 2022 and fit woman have smaller bellies when they are pregnant. If you work at a baby store be more mindful of what you say to your customers."
"I have been going to Carters for a while now, it's my favorite store to buy clothes for my little one, but my last visit on 11/18/21 to the Carters at the WPB Outlets was terrible, I will not be shopping there ever again. As I walked in the store, I could hear the cashier speaking quite rudely to a customer who did not speak/read english very well and could not understand what the pin pad was requesting of her. The cashier repeating the same instruction "look at the screen" without any consideration that the customer was not understanding what the screen was displaying. Afterwards, the cashier began to kick out the customers that were in the middle of their shopping, like myself, because it was already 8pm and they were "closed". I had to drop my items and leave the store. Regardless of the time, if you have customers in the middle of their shopping experience, the polite/professional thing to do is let them finish their purchase without letting more customers in. I guess leaving on time for this cashier was way more important than anything else. I usually do not complain about things, but when you are rude and inconsiderate, you should not be dealing with customers, period."
"The quality of the shirts and pants is really good. Especially the design, always colorful and "catchy". The fabric of all clothes is comfortable and soft. But, at the same time, baby clothes do not last more than 5-6 washes, which is very important, since with a very active baby you have to do laundry almost every single day."
