"WORST place in sebring READ reviews this place is scamming people. The white old man at night 2/11 around 630pm is so rude, unprofessional and walks around his dirty property with no shoes so that should say it all. After taking 200 dollars he moved me 3 times and every room had a problem and the manager kept saying he has no clue why nothing is working.well sir almost all of these reviews say the same thing... NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS..Now I have to wait 7 days to get it back on my card . When this manager knew he had no proper working rooms. He honestly looked all bugged out. Whoever the owner is I would watch who you have ruining your business. Nothing but 2 rooms rented. This place is nasty as hell."

"This place sucks. This not worth 100+ a night. The WiFi barely works the property manager is rude and the maids husband thinks he’s the owner and wants to be cocky. -3/10 wouldn’t recommend. Ps there’s a bunch of drug addicts and people are there constantly throughout the night, knocking and banging on the door, which is very annoying"

"Rooms have just been remodeled very clean very cozy nice good thick towels in the bathroom small refrigerator and microwave also they offer Wi-Fi and Comcast cable the staff very friendly and very knowledgeable great place to stay"

"We stayed here for the last two nights and we been bitten all over our bodies. We know it is bed bugs because both of us are itching badly and have red marks all over us. Here are the pictures of the bites. The owner said he was too busy to talk to us about it. So the owner doesn't take our concern and suffering seriously."

"Internet in one of the rooms we rented didn’t work. After trying a couple things the desk clerk just said sorry about your luck. Really seedy place I guess. No coffee , iron, shampoo, or even a hair dryer. Paid the same price for 2 rooms. One had no carpet and only double beds. The other had queen."
