Closing staff earlier this week went above and beyond to make the store inviting, amazing recommendations and in-store game demos, great library of retro games and other platforms. $10 and under bargain bin was rare to see. Harder to find games and collectibles. Couldn’t be more pleased"

"Horrible customer service! How these people have an overall rating of 4.4? Manager is on the phone playing games not playing attention, then the company doesn’t even do returns within 30 days. They honestly don’t properly advertise whats 30 days and whats not! I proofed to them and they didn’t care. It felt like a scam are running and i told them so. Good luck to future customers i wont be one of them."
