Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

"I visited this pinch of penny in Naples, Florida to buy a float valve that I needed to complete some volunteer repairs at a church. The store was clean, the staff was courteous and the location was nice, but the pricing was far higher than reasonable even for Naples Florida. Any float valve in this category should likely be no more than $10, even if bought from a retail location. So, $29 is not only excessive, but predatory in my opinion. Unless you need something urgently, I'd skip pinch a penny."

"Well it's been a month! Victor is our technician he has provided services that our other company was ignoring. So far so good, thank you. WOW; visited the store where Josh and owner Charry were very attentive! Our below ground pool, which was being serviced on a regular basis, was showing bubbling on various locations in the pool. Removed the cover from pump; rubber "O" ring was totally deteriorated; took the entire cover to PAP where they spent the time finding the right ring, even added the sealant before applying. The information they shared was over the top. Well today was our first day of service with them; removed the filter it was disgusting showing that our service we have use for many years was totally not doing their job. Thank you PAP for your time and attention. When I called to cancel my old service they of course wanted to know what to do to keep our business but it was "To little To Late"."

"Expensive. You can get chlorine cheaper at Publix or Ace hardware. Poor service. They are slow. One time I asked about the price of a filter and I mentioned it’s cheaper online and the guy got all bent out of shape. It’s not my fault if you can’t compete. Sometimes they don’t have muriatic acid. Wish there was another pool supplier close by."
