"This place was nothing short of amazing! We had an issue at the airport with our rental so had to Uber there. Unknowingly to us, they had a rental company on site! The customer service was incredible! Andre at the front desk was amazing! He texted us everyday to make sure everything was ok with our stay! They give vouchers for 2 free drinks per adult at the bar and have breakfast every morning. Not your typical danishes but a nice hot breakfast, and omelette station! Although this is an older hotel, you can tell it is well kept. Our room was nice and clean. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Tampa."

"We had to be in Tampa for the going home celebration of a dear family member. The hotel surpassed our expectations as the staff was A++. From the gentleman from Jamaica that checked us in, to the wonderful lady who made us know know it was her pleasure to help us with our breakfast.! The only concern was in our room we noted some moisture under the front window which could lead to mold accumulation. I still gave high stars because of the service!!!"

"The hotel itself was in pretty good shape. The lobby area as well as the restaurant & bar area were all up to date and clean. The grounds/outside area were also clean. The fitness area was impressive at first, until I tried to use the Peloton. After getting logged in and adjusting the bike to my needs it was an ultimate let down to find that the seat was broken. There was also nothing available to clean/sanitize the equipment. The breakfast each morning was amazing, with the service being beyond expectations. They had a nice variety of continental items. The room, king size suite with accessible bathroom, was what I needed. The only downside was the smell of the room, which was enough to take my rating into then “unsatisfactory”’range. The room smelled like a mix of chemicals used to clean big messes and bacteria. Thank goodness we were gone most of the day. The room smell was bad enough to keep me from staying here again."

"You'll receive nothing but exceptional service at this hotel from every member of the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, had every convenience of home, and the breakfast was next level with their made-to-order omelets & waffles. We truly appreciated Vince's commitment to ensuring our needs were being met whenever we encountered him on the lobby level. Thanks for a great stay!"

"I enjoyed my stay here very much the breakfast was definitely filling and delicious i also enjoyed the fact we were walking distance from a 7-11 gas station that seemed to be very new along with being short driving distances from some amazing restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to you if you have the budget for it. My only downside was my rooms window view was of the roof which was awkward and the ac wasn’t accurate i had to set it to 65 for it to feel like 70. Other than that though the suite was very spacious with a nice shower and restroom along with a living room."
