"Very personable staff. Breakfast staff kept area very clean and well stocked. Simple breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels/cream cheese, coffee, juice. Carpets dated and very dirty throughout. Not the worst place I’ve stayed."

"Stayed several times at this location. Yes the rooms need a update but, the staff was always pleasant and helped with anything we needed. Contractors who were staying there would just trash the parking lot which isn’t the locations fault people should have more awareness of their own bad behaviors versus trashing a place they stay at. People who had pets wouldn’t pick up their poop I would spend time picking up my dog and others animals poop which again isn’t the locations fault they provide bags at multiple locations . Rooms were cleaned by friendly staff they have large rooms and a breakfast and pool that are very nice as well. Bed was comfortable"

"I guess you get what you pay for. This location was definitely a little rough around the edges. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but I've seen nicer showers in military dorms. The room had quite a bit of wear and tear as well, and while the sheets were clean, there was a stain or two. It took longer than I expected to check in because one of the two people working the desk was sitting on her smart phone the entire time. When I came down to the lobby an hour later she was in the exact same place, still on her phone. The guy at the desk was okay and the security guard and morning staff were both polite and friendly."

"Let me start off by saying, I will definitely look at reviews and not get burned with a horrible stay as this again. This hotel is desperately needing a renovation. Old and smelly vibes. This place had to be built in the 90s... It is amazing how old the decor floor, curtains, carpet, etc is. I was totally shocked with what is still there starting from the lobby to the standard rooms. The pictures online didn't paint a clear picture at all how outdated this hotel really is. Our first room was terrible with the bathroom shower flooding with standing water. I told the front desk about it we were then transferred rooms across the hall where the second room had blood stains on the on the filthy carpet. Because of the bathroom situation, we chose to change rooms, so we didn't have to stand in water while taking a shower. At this point we were in a third room. If we had not prepaid for our room, we definitely would have moved to another hotel completely and took the financial loss. The hallways to the rooms had filthy uncleaned stains as well and walls with patch jobs that just didn't look professional. The elevator was smelly, and floor was sticky and not cleaned. There were missing carts that could not be found for us to put our luggage on. The other alarming things is homeless people parked in a green van outside the hotel was another soar eye. The smell of urine reeked as we parked out vehicle out back with fear that it would be broken into. The final thing that happened was a piped busted leaving water flowing on the main floor and secondary floor, which again is another reason why this old hotel needs to close and be renovated. One hour and half without running water to flush toilets or take showers. Needless to say, for just the two nights that we endured this situation I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this hotel nor will I come back to that location whether it's renovated or not.. just a shame and bad experience for me and my family of 3."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 15 years. The hotel and room were what I expected. The good: Room was clean, it smelled fine (not old or musty and did not smell of cleaning products in the room like others have posted), no bugs, air conditioning was nice and cold, beds were a bit small, but comfortable. Hotel was quiet, pool was clean, landscaping well taken care of. Breakfast area was well kept and clean, with fresh breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly, and Maria and Millie were helpful. The not so good: The hotel was outdated. Needs a nice renovation of bathrooms, paint, tile, entry, and lower level common areas. “Slight”issue with billing…"
