"My flight arrived early and Jesica made my check in so smooth. And we had a problem finding food. I went down to the front desk. And Ciera direct us to some food options and they was wonderful. Then I was able to go to the roof top bar and enjoy food and a special drink made by Devin. I would recommend this hotel if you traveling with children or without. I was able to walk to the beach less then 5 minutes.. Everything was wonderful I will definitely stay at this hotel again"

"We have been here twice. We came for their soft opening in 2021 and came back in 2023. Their service is impeccable and probably the reason we keep coming back. This time around our rooms were a disaster. The first room they gave us had never been cleaned and looked occupied when we entered. The second room I immediately found what I thought were two dead bugs. The staff assured me they were not but still switched our room. Our third room was fabulous, it didn't have a balcony but the weather was awful so that was okay. The one thing that still bothers me is the showers. The water flow is so powerful it hurts and you can't adjust the shower head. The location of the hotel is great and only a short walk to food or the beach. Even housekeeping and valet are super courteous and helpful. I can't say enough good things about their staff."

"ALL staff were amazing! It was exceptional customer service. From prompt valet, front desk ladies, manager, maids and I even met Chief Engineer. Rooms were very nice, spacious, clean and great views. Location is only a few blocks from the beach. Nice rooftop bar. Only bad was that we had cold weather, obviously no fault of the hotel, so the heated pool was chilly when we were there. I travel often and this hotel has excellent customer service with every interaction we had. Highly recommend"

"What a beautiful place. From the moment we pulled up to the valet it was a great experience. Jeff was very fast, efficient and helpful. All parking is by valet here. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and the balcony is absolutely immense! You can tell what a new facility this is.The beds are very comfortable which is high on my personal list since I struggle to sleep at times. The hotel is located right in the middle of Clearwater and there are a dozen great eateries within walking distance including the beach. We will definitely be back and are very glad we found this place."
