"The hotel was nice and clean, but there was a $28 parking fee although I was staying at the hotel. The shower temp was fluctuating during the entire shower. I was really looking forward to a nice hot shower after a long day but was greeted with this issue. And the biggest issue was the cleaning staff knocking on the door early in the morning to check the rooms although it wasn't even close to the check out time. Overall a good experience but would like to see some changes be made before booking with them again."
"Visited Orlando for a conference 2 yrs in a row, but stayed at the Rosen Centre the 2nd time and I’m so glad I switched! Great location for convention center with restaurants & shopping that was walkable. However the hotel eateries were spectacular so no need to leave necessarily. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Lobby area is full of energy and spa is wonderfully calm. Will stay here again next year."
"Location convenient if going to conference center. Beds are nice, but rest of room very dated, especially furniture. Can hear everything from other rooms and hallway, very hard to sleep. Rooms were clean. No hot water in shower 2 of the days. Light burned out over sink but they did replace when asked. Very long lines at check in. No map provided at check-in or in room. No info on services offered either at check-in or in room, so no idea if room service available or gym, etc. Hard to find self parking. Parking attendend not helpful when returning, parking garage not lit well enough and longways from rooms. Conference rooms are fine. Would not recommend hotel for staying. Hyatt is just as close if not closer."
"We were a bit far from the venue, so long walks. Plan your lodging carefully. Some said parking was a challenge and expensive. There is a small bar that was awesome, Genesis was our server and she was top notch."
"Rooms were spacious and well kept. Pricing was appropriate for the location. Only minor issue is if you turn the ac from 66 to 70 the heater creates a temporary burning smell that sets off the smoke alarm for about 15 seconds. Then all is well. Location to the convention center is convenient, but be prepared to walk as the center is large."
