Then you pay for a warranty that they won't make anything right with the customer. Either stuck with a broken couch or settle for a mixed matched set. It unexceptable to discontinue a product and screw over the customer. Terrible company policies and won't work with them ever again."

"This place is absolutely ridiculous. We have been in this store 4 times in a row with the same lady behind the desk. She is the most unprofessional customer service person I have ever come across iny life. She sits there in laughs in your face with the manager who is also extremely unprofessional. This is a shame that a big company like this has managers and sales associates act? Ith this kind of disgusting behavior. Please if you are looking for a great experience in buying furniture STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THEY ALSO TRIED TO SELL US A BROKEN RECLINING SOFA FOR $899 WHICH WAS THE SAME PRICE FOR A NON BROKEN SOFA RIGHT BEHIND IT!!!!!!!!"
