"As long as the AC doesn't break down again, it's an easy place to grab a quick bite. Service is usually good but as the day shift ends & night shift starts, the service, food & atmosphere take a serious nose dive. Most fastfood restaurants do the same but on a smaller scale. While it's convenient to have a place to eat late, it's a roll of the dice as to whether the food will be edible or even recognizable."

"This burger King is so dirty and the bathrooms are nasty and the dining area floor is all sticky and trash on the floor and tables are dirty. I can't eat here I came here with 20 members of my family we happened to eat burgers King and now we are going to McDonald's for dinner, and the manager with the white shirt served cold food."

"Nice try ( they microwave) = the whole entire sandwich And lettuce SLICE Tomatoes so hot it burnt my lip Fries are burned expired Onion rings hard EXPIRED The hamburger bun was so soggy and hot as heck that’s how I knew it was microwave and FOOD NEED TO BE FRESH !!!!!! "If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed my order at 9:16pm got my food 10 min later, figured it would be fresh and hot, boy was I wrong! Chicken sandwich was cold, bread was stale, fries were re-dipped in oil, I can tell the difference! My husbands whopper was a hockey puck with stale bread, limp lettuce and the most pathetic tomato. I don’t expect too much from fast food, however prices gone up quality gone down I’m not ok with that. Burger King is unfortunately no longer what it used to be. Time to close the doors. The girl that took my order was rude, was rushing me, and literally “sighed” when I said I needed a moment. I just moved to Arcadia but I can tell you I will NEVER go back to that location or any location for that matter. Where we chose to spend our money as consumers should mean something, especially these days. But it seems like nobody cares anymore about quality or service."

"We brought our kids here for lunch, we got two happy meals and there wasn’t any toys in the bag so we asked the cashier if they forgot, they said they don’t have toys. On top of that, men’s bathroom are gross, my wife said the same thing for woman. Other than that the place is clean and looks new."
