"Excellent customer service, relaxing environment, and sizeable selection without overwhelming. The quality/price ratio varies depending on furniture type. Last year we purchased a sofa, dining table and coffee table all decent price and quality. But more recently we went in looking for a chest of drawers but didn't buy anything. Looking beyond the stylish finishes, they were cheap quality particle board pieces priced way beyond their worth...$700.00-$1300.00. But cheaply produced furniture seems to be the way of the world now. But ultimately, I feel this is a great place to shop. By far better than the vast majority of furniture places"

"This is a family owned small business that has been in the Venice area for many years. The staff is warm, friendly but unobtrusive. We came to replace a recliner. My mom had purchased her original recliner from this store 12 years before. The staff was wonderful offering same day delivery at no charge and took care of disposing of the old recliner. This was an especially appreciated service since most stores will not provide disposal services during the pandemic. The staff made the purchase and delivery and set up simple, efficient and easy. I left my mom's home with her enjoying her new recliner."
