"DOES NOT HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER. Good rooms, not much to do around the area regarding restaurants. They replaced the business center with a broken iPad. I think Hampton/Hilton is discontinuing their business centers because most of the time, the computers or printers are down."

The breakfast buffet in the morning, epic!!!! Fernando at night, preparing 5 star meals! Donna, front desk manager, you will be taken care of! Ryan at the front desk, he is super nice! Jordan, that runs everything, he will get personal, introduce himself and that is all that needs to be said. Night audit, Front Desk, is the most Jesus Christ follower ever! Her name is Cathy. If you can't sleep, she will take care of you. The outdoor pool has new furniture, so nice, so sick!!!!!!! My wife and I worked as housekeepers and loved it here. Come and you will have an epic experience!!!!!! If you need anything form Ashley, she is running "house man"!!!! Do not hesitate, she is the most friendliest person you will ever meet!!!!!!! "This place is slowly going downhill. No iron in the room and they don't say anything until you need it then have to go retrieve it. The breakfast had turned to overcooked trash, at the same ridiculous price. Makeup all over the comforter. No milk for cereal. No coffee in the coffee area. I'm be staying somewhere else next time."

"Great stay! I have stayed here several times and enjoyed each stay. Donna, at the front desk, was excellent! Friendly and professional with dedication to this location. Staff is always saying hi and always there for assistance. A clean location and plenty of parking. Just outside the Lakeland airport."

"What a great experience! I read the Google reviews before booking (as I always do) and was a little hesitant to book based on some unfavorable reviews from several months ago. But I also noticed that the recent reviews were excellent, so I knew that something must have recently changed with how it was being managed. Thankfully, I was right! We had such a pleasant stay and the staff was wonderful! Derek Youngblood is the new assistant GM we met upon arrival and he was cheerful, personable, helpful and efficient checking us in. He made sure we had everything we needed and made great conversation with us while he was working on updating my information in my Hilton Honors account. The next morning, he greeted us at breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed and again was very cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were also very friendly and attentive, and the hotel as a whole and our room were clean and well stocked. It is clear from a one night stay here that the new management has turned this place around from the way it was described in previous reviews. I would not hesitate to stay here again!"
