"This place is amazing! As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and organized everything was, the staff was very warm and welcoming (other locations have not been the same experience) overall I was very pleased at the selection and I got to do early toy shopping!!!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this store for years and personally know the owner, but today left a terrible taste in my mouth. I called ahead and confirmed they were taking buys before I drove over. Got there and they advised 45 min. Almost two hours later no real progress on the buy but my main complaint is there were 4 employees just standing around when I went in to check at 45, 60 and 90 minutes after drop off. When I asked to take my items back I got plenty of attitude from the staff and was told how busy they were, etc. when all I saw each time I entered was the entire staff standing taking and eating at the register. No sense of urgency for the customers time….just rude. I will call the store when the owner returns so i can advise in detail. I can only put so many words here!"

"Everyone was super nice! They couldn’t take most of the clothes we had because they were overstocked in the sizes we had which was disappointing but we still had a much better experience than at the Brandon location."

"The whole place in general is disgusting starting from the workers. You walk in and the young females working there have the place smelling like McDonald’s, they are rude and where cussing about how the toys made a lot of noise while people were shopping. Lutz location is way better than this one."

"So far my experience with this store has been excellent. Recently purchased a baby rocker thing that has help my fussy little girl sleep much better and the price was great. $45 for an item that retails for well over $100! We had a 7 day return period which gave us the confidence to try it out. When we are finished with it we were told that if it is in good condition we can bring it back for a $16 store credit! Just a great place with good service and plenty of baby items at very reasonable prices!"
